Dealing with damage caused by tree roots is a job best left for the professionals to protect property from further damage and to ensure the work is carried out safely.
Today saw us removing a White Cedar Tree from a client’s property. The roots had started to cause significant damage to the adjacent fence as well as the neighbours driveway located on the other side of the fence.
We were lucky enough to have a bit of space on the other side of the tree to be able to rig down large sections of the canopy to then be chipped.
This particular client chose to keep the chip to mulch their gardens as well as large sections of logs to re-purpose down the track once they have dried. So the tree will continue providing sustainability benefits in different forms.
While keeping the tree is always the preferred option, when it comes to safety and damage, sometimes the decision has to be made to remove the tree.
